December 2022
news and updates for neurocare Australia
This final wrap up of 2022
As we tie off the year 2022, I am so proud of all of you ‘AU Team’ and how we have tackled the challenges we have faced. Our clinics have been largely under-resourced with clinicians and long waiting lists due to labour shortages this year. Our clinicians have maintained our quality in service delivery and our CSS team have supported the front end to ensure our standards are met for our clients. Our staff engagement results are testament to our strong team bond. With new Psychiatrists joining our clinical team for 2023 will hold us in good stead to kick off the year in a strong position to address the long waiting lists. I am looking forward to working with these colleagues to complement our existing awesome team.
The strategic plan in this newsletter clearly maps out our focus for the future in the coming couple of years. I encourage you to read it and discuss it with me or your colleagues and how your own key objectives align with the strategic plan.
A big thank you to all of you for your hard work and dedication over the past year. We have much to look forward to in 2023.
Have a fantastic Christmas and New Year with your family and friends!
- Angela
